Embroidery Only Service – Customer Provided Items

Already have the items and just need them embroidered? This listing covers the embroidery service only for garments or items provided by the customer.

You provide the item, and Swain Co. will professionally embroider your approved design, logo, or personalization.

Please Note:

• Items must be clean and new when provided for embroidery.

• Pricing covers the embroidery service only and does not include garments or materials.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is suitable for embroidery.

A mock up will only be provided upon request  The mock up must be approved within 24 hours or Swain Co. reserves the right to proceed with production. A maximum of three revisions are allowed — additional revisions will be provided at a cost of $5 each. 

Customer Provided Item Disclaimer

While we take great care with every order, embroidery involves needles, tension, and machinery. If you choose to provide your own items, Swain Co. is not responsible for damage, defects, or loss of items in the event an error or machine issue occurs during the embroidery process.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given.
