Refund policy
All sales are final.
Because our items are made to order and/or customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason.
Mockups & Design Approval
Mockups are only provided upon request. If a mockup is requested and provided, the customer will have 24 hours to review and approve the design before production begins.
Each order includes up to three (3) revisions to the mockup design. Additional revisions beyond three will incur a $5 fee per revision.
If approval is not received within the 24-hour window, Swain Co. reserves the right to proceed with production using the most recent version of the design.
Customer Provided Items
If you choose to provide your own garments or items for printing or embroidery, please note that each process requires the use of commercial machinery, heat, needles, and thread tension that may occasionally cause damage to certain materials.
While Swain Co. takes great care with every order, Swain Co. is not responsible for damage, defects, or loss of customer-provided items.
By providing your own items, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
By placing an order with Swain Co., you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
If there is an issue with your order — including defects, damage, or receiving the wrong item — please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@shopswainco.com with your order number and photos of the item. We are happy to review and work with you to make it right as best we can.
